Hebrews chapter 11 points out how Old Testament believers trusted in the promises of God. In the New Testament, the Apostle Paul also is a great example of trusting God and letting go of his credentials and past. By following these examples in the Old and New Testaments, we also can trust God, “let go,” and grow into an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.
